Spring is here, meaning Suffolk will soon be painted in yellow as daffodils return to the county.
Meteorological spring began across the country on March 1 but many consider the season to start at astronomical spring which is usually around March 20.
With the weather warming up and the days becoming longer and sometimes sunnier, spring is also marked by the return of daffodils.
The UK is the biggest grower of daffodils in the world - here are five of the best places to see the yellow flower in Suffolk.
1. Nowton Park
Where: Bury Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5LU
The park in west Suffolk is a sea of yellow as there are more than 100,000 daffodils blooming underneath the trees in the lime avenue.
Two species of the flower - King Alfred and Magnificent - were planted there in 1989.

2. Ickworth Estate
Where: The Rotunda, Horringer, IP29 5QE
The Italian inspired palace in west Suffolk is alive with plants and gardens throughout the whole year.
In spring the site blooms with daffodils around the whole parkland.
3. Christchurch Park
Where: Bolton Lane, Ipswich, IP4 2XE
Covering 33 hectares of the town, Christchurch Park is a green space where centuries of development has produced a varied landscape.
The Wildlife Valley runs from the north to south in the centre of the park and daffodils can be found in the woodland glad surrounded by different species of tree.
4. Sutton Hoo
Where: Trammer House, Woodbridge, IP12 3DG
There are various trails to follow at the Anglo-Saxon site to see daffodils.
In spring the woodlands on the Pinewood Walk is transformed by a carpet of flowers and a display of colours.

5. Kentwell Hall
Where: High Street, Long Melford, C010 9BA
The red brick stately home is adorned with daffodils in spring and in the lead up to Easter.
Other flowers on display are primroses, cowslip violets and forget-me-nots before bluebells takeover in May.
