Police are appealing for information to help find a missing 13-year-old girl from Ixworth Thorpe near Bury St Edmunds.

Alice Brindley was last seen at Cambridge train station at around 6.30pm today, Sunday March 19, and has not been seen since.

Her parents have issued a desperate plea for her to come home.

It is believed she may have taken the train to London and could currently be in the Islington area of the capital.

Alice is described as white with collar-length red hair.

At the time she was last seen, Alice was wearing black skinny jeans and a black hoodie with a grey sheepskin top underneath the hoodie.

She was wearing a pair of black trainers and was also carrying a black leather rucksack bag with gold coloured zips.

Police officers say they are concerned for the teenager’s welfare and are asking anyone who may have seen Alice or has any information about her whereabouts to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
