TEA for four at the House of Lords and a Swedish massage are just two of the lots up for auction at a west Suffolk mayor’s charity fundraiser next week.
Sudbury mayor Tony Platt is hosting the auction, due to take place at Sudbury’s town hall on Saturday, February 25.
A total of more than 30 items are up for grabs with all the money raised going to Mr Platt’s chosen charities. These include the Eden Project, Kernos Counselling Centre, Sudbury Breast Cancer Appeal and West Suffolk Cruse, which supports those who have been bereaved.
An auction catalogue and more details about the event, which starts at 7.30pm, can be obtained at the town hall.
