Free taster sessions for Italian, Spanish, yoga and creative writing are being offered at the West Suffolk College open day in Sudbury next week.

The Cornard Road centre will open from 10am-8pm on Thursday, September 7, and anyone can take part in a pre-booked taster session or received advice on a number of courses.

The taster sessions are being run at different times throughout the day and the centre will also be raising money for Macmillan with coffee and tea available. Last year’s open day raised nearly £150 for the cancer charity.

Visitors can also take an assessment to test their English, maths or IT skills during the day as well as getting apprenticeship advice or guidance on accounting courses.

To book a free taster session, contact 01787 880619, email or drop into the centre.

Further information on the many courses available in Sudbury are on the West Suffolk College website here.
