Get your adrenaline pumping as you swing from tree to tree on Tarzan swings, climb rope ladders and whizz across zip wires.

Go Ape was opened in 2002 and is based within the 50,000 acres of Thetford Forrest, packed full of excitement and beautiful scenery.

Prices for 16s and over is £33, and 10 to 15-year-olds cost £25.

The Cragg Climbing Wall, Stowmarket

Test your climbing strength or even overcome a fear of heights with the 330 square metres of wall space at the Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre.

The Cragg is great for anyone of all ages to put themselves to the test and conquer the large bouldering and traverse wall.
