Some 20 Suffolk teachers took part in a second day of strikes over job cuts at a town primary school.
Staff at Pot Kiln Primary School in Great Cornard, near Sudbury, expressed their anger as the school is planning to axe 10 classroom assistant jobs.
The Suffolk primary school leaders blame an "unforeseen" budget shortfall of £75,000, declining student numbers, and say that Pot Kiln has more classroom assistants than other schools of a similar size.
UNISON Eastern regional organiser, Winston Dorsett, said: "There's been no let-up in the resolve of Pot Kiln's teaching assistants and midday supervisors to save their jobs and defend their children's education.
"The school leadership and Suffolk County Council must recognise how vital these jobs are and stop trying to make workers and pupils suffer for their own financial mistakes."
Pot Kiln Primary School was approached for a comment.
