A building with five vacant flats in Sudbury is going up at auction.
The Friars Street property, which sits opposite Sudbury Cricket Club, has a guide price of £580,000 to £620,000.
Bidding for the freehold property, which is being auctioned by Clive Emson Auctioneers’, will open 48 hours before the auction ends on Wednesday, March 22.
Sudbury has recently been named one of the best places to live in England, according to a guide compiled by Muddy Stilettos.
The list described the market town as having "miles of tranquil riverside walks right on your doorstep".
Paul Bridgeman, regional director and auctioneer with Clive Emson, said: “We anticipate keen interest, given the location and number of flats.
“Each one varies in size and are held on their own individual leases, allowing the new owner to sell off individually if they wish.
“The flats are in need of some modernisation and repair and may benefit from internal reconfiguration, subject to all the necessary consents being obtainable.”
