A busy road that is prone to flooding is almost impassable after a weekend of heavy rainfall.
Colchester Road on the outskirts of Bures is submerged under water on Monday morning.
It comes after the road was flooded in January after the county was battered by torrential rain.
The Environment Agency issued flood alerts for the county on Sunday.
Drivers are being warned to take extra care if travelling in the area.
