A family-run shop selling traditional Polish pottery and homewares is set to open its second store this weekend.

Fram Home & Gifts, which is currently based in Bridge Street in Framlingham, will welcome customers to its new sister store in Merchants' Row, Lavenham, for the first time on Saturday, April 13.

Owner Sabina Szatan said she is very excited for the opening of the new shop, particularly as Lavenham was where she originally wanted to launch.

"We love living in Framlingham it is a great place for living and the people are very friendly," she said.

"We did first look for a building in Lavenham but it was gone and now it has come back. This has come just at the right time and we are excited.

"We've been to Lavenham many many times and we know it is an amazing and beautiful village.

"We did Clare Market before so we have customers from that side as well, like in Long Melford and Clare," she added.
