A swimming pool has extended its closure to repair damages to its roof.
Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Sudbury closed on Friday, August 23, to investigate and repair destruction to a glass panel above the pool.
The cause is still unknown with repair work requiring the pool to be drained over the Bank Holiday weekend.
The complexity of the repair and the time required to supply a specialist glass panel replacement means the pool will not reopen until Saturday, September 14.
Other facilities at the leisure centre, including the gym and sauna, will remain open and additional maintenance work will be carried out while the pool is closed.

A spokesman for Babergh District Council said: "We have been working as quickly as we can to repair the damage.
"We are sorry for any disappointment the pool closure has caused, but people's safety is our top priority. We thank everyone for their patience."
Warren Smyth, the chief executive of Abbeycroft, said: "We are sorry for the disruption this has caused at the end of the summer holidays but we must ensure people's safety.
"We have been contacting customers directly who have bookings with us and we thank everyone for their understanding.
"We look forward to welcoming people back to the pool when the work is complete."
